Dad's Favorite - Spicy Garlic Shrimp

I absolutely LOVE coming across recipes that I completely forgot I had. Which is funny, you know when you make something, and you think 'wow, this is a great recipe, I'm going to make this a lot'... which you do for a while. Then something happens and it gets lost in the recipe box, or you forget which cookbook it's in... and THEN you have a few free minutes and are deciding what to have for dinner and you stumble across it again... SCORE!! That's what happened with this recipe. This is a really quick recipe to throw together, and it's kid friendly. Ok, so it may not be kid friendly, it's just MY kid friendly... heck, my 2 year old ate mussels the other day. Weird huh? So she liked this recipe, but she pretty much eats everything. The time consuming part of this recipe is the chopping of everything, but even that isn't bad. Enjoy!
